Is it the PlayerTTL time?

If the player leaves the room for good then he will be removed from the room including all his properties.
However, if the player becomes inactive he will remain inside the room including all his properties up to PlayerTTL milliseconds if PlayerTTL > 0 or indefinitely if PlayerTTL == -1 or PlayerTTL == int.MaxValue.5
