Always 2 peers

Hi!

The photon performance counter "Peers", always reports 2 peers, even when the server is unused. Is this a bug or why is this happening. Does it affect the CCU? Also, is peers same as CCU?

    you have two servers connected to each other. out peer is outgoing and one is incomming.
    yes, i assume they are counted too
