how to debug photon standalone chat in visual studio?

i follow the tutorial in https://doc.photonengine.com/en-us/onpremise/current/app-framework/an-app-from-scratch and it work but i have no idea how to debug it in visual studio

Thank you for choosing Photon!
First of all, you should know that "An App From Scratch" tutorial has nothing to do with Photon Chat product. It is just a very basic and simple demo sample meant as an example of how to start a Photon Server application.
If you want to debug server code just configure project build events to run PhotonSocketServer with proper configuration to launch the instance you want and put breakpoints in the code then hit F5.5
