Play with players in different regions?

Hello Guys,

Understand photon have different regions all over the world.

1. Can we check how many games created for each individual region? (I highly doubt so, but just want to double check)
2. Lets say, I am at Tokyo (Japan, region jp) and I want to play with my friend at Europe (eu). Is it possible to play together?
If its possible, must we in same region to play? Or we can find game through different region.
3. If 2 is yes. Lets say I (jp region) connect to eu region and play. Will it lag appears on my side only or both side (I assume both side)?

2. No. Photon regions are locked.

Got it. How about I let user choose region they want to connect?
For example: Player1 in japan, Player2 in europe. Player1 and Player2 choose to connect to Europe region and play together. Is this feasible?

You can display regions list to the player and player chooses region then connects to it using proper method that takes region code.
