newbie question debug console missing in 1.0.0.4?

Hello everyone!

I am working through the bolt tutorial, everything is very straightforward and clear, however it looks like when I try to hover my mouse over bolt icons, the performance console does not pop up. I noticed the tutorial was for version 0.4 and I am running 1.0.0.4. I am wondering if this setting / option might have been disabled by default or if I am doing something wrong?

I also double checked to make sure I am running in debug mode. When I go to bolt assets it says 1.0.0.4 (DEBUG)
