Hi!
I tried to make a dedicated server with UNET, but it didnt workout (nat punchtrough fail blabla).
Now, i want to try it with Photon, but i cant seem to find any tutorial of running a Dedicated server? Which is hosted by myself and allows more then 100 CCU's.
I hope that someone can help me out with this!
Thanks!!

Hi,
for instructions on self-hosting Photon you can start at http://doc.photonengine.com/en-us/onpremise/current/getting-started/photon-server-intro
For more than 100 CCU you need a paid license. See pricing at https://www.photonengine.com/en-US/OnPremise/Pricing .0 -
Alright, ill get that, but, why is the option for more CCU's a paid license? If you are hosting it yourself? Like, i just want it to be like the 'UNET Master Server' which failed me to setup. I dont want to let it run through Photon Itself then haha.0

There are a lot of reasons ... development costs, support costs, ...0

So, there is no way to actually host it 'yourself' for the 100% ? You HAVE to get a paid license? Which in my case is no option?0

You can host yourself with 100 CCU without a paid license. For more CCU, you need a paid license, yes.0
