C++ SDK message delivery delay

i develop C++ SDK and C# SDK on onlineserver
when i send a lot message to a client for reconnect

C# : raiseEventOptions optionsother
optionsother = new RaiseEventOptions();
optionsother.TargetActors = new int[1];
PhotonNetwork.RaiseEvent(eventCode, byteData, true, optionsother);
C++ :
int targetPlayers[1];
int numTargetPlayers = 1;
targetPlayers[0] = toId;
networkLogic->sendBytesEvent(eventCode, (byte*)byteData, size, targetPlayers, numTargetPlayers);

for same time sent other messages C# SDK have not delay but on C++ SDK have long delay
looks the quesystem is difference between C# and C++

could you please give some advice?

    What do you want to achieve by sending so many messages?

    How many messages do you try to send in such a situation?

    How big are those messages?

    How big is your delay?
