Hanging in air when spawning on client

A lot of the time, when a client connects to my server, its player entity hangs in the air.
This happens on the Bolt Sample and a prototype I made. How can I fix it?
Also, is it normal for the client to throw an exception when exiting? (I might not be shutting Bolt down correctly)

This appears to be an issue with 0.4.3.4, I would use 0.4.3.3 for now1

The latest 0.4.3.5 in the Asset Store. This fixes the issue (and others).
