Failing to connect to license monitor

Just recently we've had an issue where our servers have been failing to start. I look through the logs and see this:

2011-06-06 16:35:16,666 [11] ERROR eRMymtkIis3IE6Ijwv.epGUTlMZNm84XrNili - On startup, license monitor must be available / reachable. Going to Shutdown.
Is anybody else having this issue, is there a known issue, is there some network status page I don't know about to check for updates, etc.
