Release DLL missing from 4.0.0.4 Build [URGENT]

In the Win8RT SDK version 4.0.0.4 you are missing your release DLLs. The binaries provided in the release folder, have been compiled as debug. This prevents submission to the Windows 8 Store. This is verified by the certification kit.
Please fix this as soon as possible. We are in the process of uploading our game to the store.
