Prefab ID gets reset on build

I am having a weird issue where after i compile assembly and try to build and run, Bolt is removing the prefab ID from my object.

Any ideas why this would be happening?

    I think this is an issue related to Unity's new prefab system in 2018.3, I don't recommend using that version with Bolt until we put out a release with fixes related to that version.
