[PUN2] Can you run logic in the server?

I'm not sure if PUN2 allows server logic without the enterprise. Found this 'you can now build game logic into the server and check for cheating right there.' (the last anwser in this post of 23 july 2018 by tobiass: https://forum.unity.com/threads/prevent-cheating-in-a-photon-networked-unity-game.259077/). Is it possible?

And another question... Is PUN2 a good option for having huge rooms, for example +50 players? If not, which would be a good solution?

    Custom server-side logic for Photon Realtime/PUN is possible via custom server-side code or custom game server plugins.
    Custom server-side code is available for self-hosted Photon Server only.
    Custom game server plugins are available for self-hosted Photon Server as well as Enterprise Cloud.
