Animations sometimes not sync , what is wrong ! ?

i am still new to photon
i am working on animation project
that every character has a lot of animation to sync over network
but unfortunately alot of time animations doesn't sync well on the other side of the network
so what is the best way to make the animation sync well over the network on photon
