Exception: Deserialize()

One of your users reported a Exception: Deserialize() error.

I'm pretty super it is not a bug in our game code. Because the error is super duper rare. We have several thousands of daily users and one report of this. But still I'd like somehow know how to handle this. And can it be prevented in some way?

Does anybody know what could be the reasons for this? A corrupt package on the internet? A NaN? Hacker?

What would be the correct way of handling this exception?

PS, our game is running on Android/iOS using Unity.

    Callstack, Unity version, PUN version, what are you sending exactly?
