What SDK did you download? I think you might have downloaded Photon Voice then PUN on top of it. Or you already have PUN and imported Photon Voice partially. Or you mixed Photon Realtime SDK with Photon Voice.
In any case please clean up the project or start new/fresh and import a single package at a time:
