Did you open source Fixed Point math engine? I remember seeing this posted at some point.

Basically what I asked in the title. I'm planning on making a game and would like to know if they fixed math library is open source? I remember someone saying they were going to post it and I thought I remembered a link and I would like to help add to and use the library. Thank you.
