Can't connect to the Photon server

Hello,
I created a Photon server on my computer, but i can't connect to the server.
I have a static ip, and i opened the port 5055 (for UDP).
My antivirus/firewall is not blocked the port.
This is the error in the console: https://prnt.sc/iz1c76
What is written in Russian on the screenshot: "Remote host forcibly broke the existing connection."
Why i can't connect?
