Build for mobiles impossible

In PUN Wizard I read that "Build for mobiles impossible. Get PUN+ or Unity Pro for mobile or use Unity 5".
But in their site I read this(for FREE version): "Export to all Unity supported platforms with Unity 5.x Personal or Pro. Unity 4.x users can export to all platforms but iOS and Android."

I use Unity 2017.1.0f3. So can I build for mobile? Or I must install ONLY Unity 5 for mobile builds?

Unity 5 or Unity 2017 or Unity 2018 are fine.
You can build for mobile using those versions for free.
