each mecanim character keeps playing run animation. Need help!

Hello all.
I've followed the tutorials and have tried to change many values but nothing seems to fix this problem. all other instantiated characters keep showing the running animation even though they are not moving. I'm using the Complete Physics Platformer Kit from the asset store.

The character I'm controlling is fine, only the clients.

Any ideas?

also what is the ideal type character controller for Bolt? for example what is better for latency etc.
does physics based controllers use more latency?

  • Converting a large controller pages like UFPS or that package to be networked can be very complex. We suggest you start with one of our examples or a package that supports Bolt.
