Scale PUN with On-Premise server

in Photon Unity Networking (PUN)
Hi Photon dev,

I want to know if it is possible to subscribe to photon Unity PUN first for example the 500 CCU plan and then scale it using a Photon on a dedicated server with an unlimited CCU plan?
