We have a game with thousands of concurrent users, and we're getting connection errors all over.
Many users unable to connect, and get disconnected mid game. What's going on? Is it an ongoing problem? Maybe our plan is not good? Email support is extremely slow.
is there any way to get an emergency tech support?

We're experiencing the same issue, we've lost around 30-40% CCU for the past hour.It is the worst in EU but US and ASIA seem affected as well. We're using both UDP and TCP and different versions of PUN across multiple games0
