Tutorials not included

I'm trying to go through the advanced tutorials and it always refers to the bolt_tutorial folder. Which seems to no longer be included. I see there are scripts in that folder, but now I'm stuck on the camera prefab section.
Am I missing something? Is there somewhere I can download the tutorial stuff?

You need to import the samples package inside the main package.
