How Enable Plugin?

Hai Guys, now iam lerning plugin in photon server, iam following step in Plugin Page but when i try add code in LoadBalancing project - app.config like this



and iam start application LoadBalacing(MyClound) then the appalication shutdown. Can anyone explain this? Thanks

Add "Name" or "Path" setting as it's required.
Always take a look at the logs.
