Why does it remove the room instance, and how can I fix it.

hi all, I got this trouble, if I don't play the application for long time, it automatic remove the room.Like this log

2017-07-12 17:07:54,750 [14] DEBUG Photon.Hive.Caching.RoomCacheBase - Removed room instance reference: roomName=938984, referenceCount=2

How can I fix it,keep it alive?

    in this log you see that server removed just one reference to room, not room itself. your room still has references and can not be removed

    i can not be sure because all what you provided just one line of logs. i'm sure only about information in this line

    if you room is empty (no active players inside) it will be closed. you may set EmptyRoomTtl then room removal will be postponed maximum 30 min.

  • Yes,@chvetsov I got it! An actor can stay inactive inside a room for one minute,
    I can change the MaxEmptyRoomTTl in Photon.LoadBalancing.dll.config
